Terms and Conditions

Cancellations & Refunds

  • All cancellations incur 25% charge of total cost
  • Cancellations within 14 days of arrival incur 50% of total booking costs 
  • Cancellations within 3 days of arrival will not obtain a refund 
  • No cancellations due to weather 

Arrival & Departures

All guests must sign in on arrival at the office located at the Pink Cottage.

Check-in time is from 3pm

Check-out time is before 10:30am

Smoking & Candles

A strict non-smoking policy applies throughout the entire interior of The Annexe.

Guests are welcome to smoke outside but no butts, matches or other litter may be discarded at Paradise. (A cleaning charge may apply)

Child Policy

The Annexe is designed as a retreat for adults, however we recognise it is also an ideal spot for families with its range of leisure activities and wide open spaces.  Please note The Annexe is not set up with child safety in mind.

Dog Policy

Dogs are only allowed on Paradise property with prior approval.

As a responsible dog owner we ONLY allow dogs on Paradise if you agree to the following:

  1. Your dog is on a lead at all times (we have whitetail deer and do not want them disturbed by dogs so this must be strictly adhered to).
  2. Your dog is NOT allowed on any furniture or beds within the cabins. A $65 minimal charge applies if clean up of dog hair is required.
  3. Your dog must not be a ‘barker’. This disrupts other guests staying on the property and you may be asked to leave the property.
  4. You collect your dogs poos
  5. You may be asked to leave the property if any of the above is not adhered to.

There are certain times of the year that we do not allow dogs on the property (i.e. during lambing season). 

Damage to Property

Any loss or damage to The Annexe goods or chattels that is considered in excess of general 'wear and tear' will incur a credit card charge for full replacement or the full cost of repair. 

Lost Property

Lost property will be kept for 1 month only, after which it will be disposed of. 
We will return property that you leave here , on receipt of a self-addressed prepaid postage pack. 

Prohibited

There is a STRICT No Firearms, no drones, no motorbikes or quad-bikes policy on the Paradise property. Anyone not adhering to this will be reported to the police.

Tour Operators 

Accommodation can not be sublet to any person. Tour operators are to contact us directly with booking enquiries. Conditions apply. 

Photos and Filming

Any photos or filming taken on the property must not be for commercial use.
